Road Trip!...sort of...

So, tomorrow I'm heading to Oregon and Idaho to visit my family, with Lizzi. Jake won't be able to go this time, since he has to work. It seems like forever since I've seen them, when it's only been a few months. I'm really excited, because I'll be able to catch almost everyone on this trip. Except Gonzalo, he will still be deployed in...somewhere (I always have the hardest time keeping track of where he is).
I think that this will be the longest trip that I've been able to take to go home, since my first Christmas back from college. I was able to take a whole month off for that trip, and now I'll get three weeks. I'm just so excited to be able to catch up with some of my friends that still live in town. I'm going to miss Jake soo much. We haven't spent this much time apart since we meet. The longest we spent apart, so far, was when I was in the hospital after we had Lizzi. That was only two or three nights, and he always came by the next day to check on me. Well, I guess there was also the move from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas. Jake and his dad went back to SLC a couple of weekends to get some last boxes and cleaning done. It's just going to be weird not having him beside me for such a long time. I'm still excited about going, that's only becasue of cell phones and unlimited calling.
Anyways, the other thing that I'll miss, becasue of this trip, will be the family reunion. So, to everyone that reads this, I hope you have a wonderful time and take lots of pictures for me. Denise is working really hard on getting everything ready, so I'm sure that everyone will enjoy themselves.
