Baby Updates...

Madison and I are doing well. My doctor was worried about my lack of weight gain earlier, but now I have caught up to where he wants me to be...sadly putting me just over 200 lbs.and making my hands and feet quite swollen. Other than that we are doing good. Since she has gotten so big, she can't move quite as abruptly as before, making it a little easier to sleep at night. At my last appointment my doctor asked if I had any concerns that would suggest that delivering the baby early would be better than waiting...I took an extra minute deciding my answer and if discomfort would be considered that big of a concern. I finally answered with a "no", but I was still thinking about it. The funny thing is that when I told Jake about it he reminded me that I had been having more problems than just discomfort, so we decided that we'll see how this week goes and if those things continue we might be setting something up with the doctor.
Enough about me and the pregnancy, let's get to the star of this blog...Lizzi! She has been having a great time learing new things. This is Lizzi wrestling with one of her pillows. She likes to throw it around and then body-slam it.

The other Sunday, Bryce came over for dinner, and showed Lizzi how to tie a tie.

She decided that she did not want to wear it the traditional way...she's so modern-chic!

I think that this is a childhood must...trying on daddy's shoes. It only took her a few tries to realize that it was easier to put them on when she is standing up. the only problem she had was that she could not walk and keep the shoes on at the same time.

In the end she went back to her good-ol' bare feet. Doesn't she look so cute in this dress!! I got it at DI (Deseret Industries) for $2. She loves putting things in the pockets, such as my cell phone.
