Official Marathon Training
Today was a cross training day, so I hit the gym for some weight training and a little stationary bike. But, due to scheduling conflicts, I'm not going to be able to do my long run tomorrow. So, I ran it tonight! :D

1 hour 27 minutes 8 seconds
Average Mile
9 minutes 41 seconds
Quite a nice evening run!
It's interesting though, after my run I got a quick shower and settled in to update the blog, I noticed something on the top part of my ankle. A nice little bubble sitting onto of my ankle...{aka a ganglion cyst ;/}
I think I might take a picture of it for my doctor, then maybe I can FINALLY get him to give me a referral for that MRI.
