Official Marathon Training
Another rest day and the start of the second week of training...YAY!!
I'm really hApPy right now, because I'm in the process of cooking some yummy, buttery and flaky biscuits, and I'm going to allow myself to enjoy eating one, maybe two. ;D
I'm think I might get out some of my strawberry freezer jam too. I think I'm in heaven right now!!
This is my favorite benefit to the training, being able to allow treats into my diet, without all the guilt.
1 week 1 day down, 16 weeks 6 days to go!!!
